General Information.

Accounts and Checkout.

Check Out time is 10:00am. Please contact reception to arrange a late checkout (subject to availability). Please note that a late checkout fee of $10 per hour if checking out between 10am - 12pm, and $50 for every hour after that until 2pm may apply. The full nightly rate will be charged from 2pm onwards. If no prior arrangements have been made, we reserve the right to charge a late checkout fee.

The preferred method of payment is by credit card. Company accounts may be established by prior arrangements with Management. If you are departing before opening hours (7:00am) please see reception the night prior to settle your account. Quest Port Adelaide is not currently accepting cash for payment or security deposits. 

Business Centre.

A complete range of business services are available from our friendly reception team.

These services include but are not limited to: scanning, photocopying, facsimile, word processing and courier services

Please contact Reception for more information either by dialing '9' or visiting in business hours 

Children.

Baby Sitting Booking Service

Below is a suggested local babysitting service. We recommend guests organise this arrangement directly with the babysitting service.

Cots, Highchairs and Baby Baths

Baby items such as cots, baby linen, baby baths and high chairs are available on a complimentary basis. 

Dry-cleaning.

A same day dry cleaning service is available Monday to Friday, excluding weekends and public holidays.  Laundry bags and dockets are located in your apartment wardrobe inside your first draw.

Please complete the docket and take your dry cleaning to our Reception before 9:00am for delivery return that same afternoon.

For additional laundry items outside of the nominated times, please contact Reception.


Gym.

Quest Port Adelaide offers a complimentary Guest Gymnasium, located on the first floor.

The Guest Gymnasium is accessible 24/7 using your guest room key.

As per our COVID Stay Safe policy, we kindly ask that guest's use the hand towels supplied.

Once completed with your workout, please wipe over all equipment using the anti-bacterial wipes provided.

Housekeeping.

For stays less than 7 nights your apartment is serviced daily, except for Sundays and Public Holidays unless otherwise arranged. For stays equal to or greater than 7 nights your apartment will be serviced once weekly unless otherwise arranged. 

Please report any spillages or accidental damage to reception immediately as guests are responsible for any spillage, loss or damage to the appliances, furniture, fixtures or fittings in the apartment. Fair wear and tear is expected. Where professional cleaning is required, the guest will be responsible for the costs.

Please inform reception of any additional housekeeping requirements you may have so that we can make your stay as comfortable as possible!

Keycards.

For your convenience and security, we ask that you retain your key card during your stay and return it upon checkout. Please report lost cards to Reception immediately.

Laundry.

A complimentary laundry is located on the ground floor, and all of our 1 and 2 bedroom apartments are equipped with their own washing machine and dryer. Please see reception for additional laundry powder if needed.  

Lost and found.

Please hand any found items to reception.  Items are kept for a period of three months after which they will be disposed of at Management’s discretion. This is in accordance with Quest Apartment Hotels policies and procedures.

Luggage Trolleys.

Luggage trolleys are available from Reception. Please contact Reception for assistance or to organise usage of the trolleys after hours 

Maintenance.

Should you experience any equipment failure in your apartment, please contact us at Reception and our maintanance team can attend to any areas of attention.

Please note all guests are liable for any spillage, loss or damage to the appliances, furniture fixtures and all fittings in the apartment.

Fair wear and tear is accepted. The cost of professional cleaning, if required, will be charged to the guest account.


Noise.

In consideration of other guests, Quest Port Adelaide has a No party policy. NO loud noise is permitted in your apartment after 10:00 pm.

Quest Port Adelaide prides itself on providing a homely and relaxing environment for the benefit of all guests. Please ensure that your television, stereo and radio volumes are at a comfortable level so as not to disturb other guests. If at any time you are disturbed by noise from either within or outside the property, please dial 9 to contact Reception or resident manager for after hours.

No Smoking.

Quest Port Adelaide has a strict NO SMOKING POLICY in all apartments except for private balconies and designated outside smoking areas.  Please respect this for the comfort of other guests.

A cost of $500.00 will be charged to your account if the policy is not adhered to. This is to cover the cleaning of carpets, curtains, cushions, blankets, and throws. If smoking within the building triggers a fire alarm a minimum cost of $1300.00 may apply.

If you choose to smoke on your balcony, we require your balcony door to be closed fully to avoid smoke from entering the apartment. If it is evident that this is not adhered to, the above charges may also apply. 

Privacy.

A “Do Not Disturb” sign is provided on the back of your apartment door. Please place the sign outside of your apartment door should you require privacy. Please note that no housekeeping will be provided to rooms displaying their "Do Not Disturb" sign 

Security.

For your security the front doors are locked from 10:00pm – 7:00am. Overnight access can be gained only with your apartment key card.

Please use your key card for your own access only, and ensure others do not enter the property. Quest Port Adelaide features a video surveillance system for the safety of our guests.

Please report any security issues immediately to Reception.

In the event you are unable to access the property after hours, please contact our reception and follow the prompts to contact our after-hours manager. 


Taxi.

Reception will be happy to arrange a taxi to your desired location. Alternatively, you can organise one yourself by pressing the taxi dial option on your apartment phone. Please note that all calls from your in-room phone have a cost associated. Please see the Telephone category for more details  

Umbrellas.

Umbrellas are available for hire from Reception. A $20.00 deposit will be refundable upon return of the item. Availability is not guaranteed.

Visitors.

For your safety and security, we recommend that all visitors register at Reception. After 22:00 no visitors are permitted at the property except for registered guests for the safety and security of all in-house guests.  No parties or large groups of people are permitted in the apartments without prior approval by Management. Quest Port Adelaide has a NO PARTY POLICY. Guests will be asked to leave the property if this policy is not adhered to.
